Long Term Room Rates for 2008-2009

Villas include living room with Cable TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven and toaster.  The first bedroom may have one King size bed or one Queen size bed (only available in one bedroom villas) or two Double beds, the second and third bedroom available only with two Double beds.   Each bedroom includes Cable TV, and bathroom with bathtub.   Cleaning service provided twice a week and includes fresh linen and towels.  Utilities included.

-Mandatory 30 nights minimum stay   
-Reservations with 10 nights deposit (credit card charge or money order)
-Full stay payment upon arrival
-Cancellations at no charge 15 days before arrival date
-Late cancellations and No Show 5 nights charge (Only 50% of your deposit will be refunded)
-Rate is subject to 6% Tax.
-As a guest of our Hotel you can make use of the facilities of Rancho Viejo Country Club.
